How to reset all settings to default

Is there a way to reset all settings to their default without uninstalling and then reinstalling?

Using CCleaner Pro v6.04.10044 (64-bit).

If I want to reset anything under the Windows or Applications categories, I just right click on the blue headers and select 'restore to default state'
