There's a duplicate remover tool in the tools section of ccleaner, however be very judicious and careful in your use of this or any duplicate remover (don't just, wholesale, remove all duplicates it finds.
I'd recommend installing Nirsoft HashMyFiles (freeware) which can give you an MD5/SHA-1, etc., hash to know if the files are really duplicates.
