I was able to retrieve several video files but non are playable. What can I do? The properties of each file reveal they each have saved data, but non are playable. What can I do? I'm using the free version.
undf = undefined file format
as far as i read ... for copyright stuff or simply unknown for vlc-player
these files are unrecoverable...
