Windows 10 and Firefox - both current
When I run CCleaner, most/many web sites on which I do not have to login every time now require a login.
If you want a screenshot of my CC settings, let me know.

It may be something to do with the new login warnings with FFx 52

But just to be sure first, have you unticked ‘Saved passwords’ in the Firefox section of CCleaner?
Also make sure you've chosen the sites cookies in the "cookies to keep" section of ccleaner's options
