How to Get Partially Recovered Images?

I am really mad at myself for deleting some images that were the time of my life.

I have used this program to recover the images and got nearly all of them.

However, the ones that came back partially recovered are ones of my friends and I!

I really want those photos back, but I don't even know why they are partially recovered. I looked in the program and it says that they are in "Perfect condition" when one of them is just a strip of the gray background.

I know there isn't any magic or anything, but has anyone found a loop hole or anything to this?

The infamous one: http://postimg.org/image/4jp3oje7l/

There are others which have only about half screwed out, but that one obviously was the most effected.

Excellent condition (do you really have Perfect?) means - as far as I can figure - that the data clusters are not partly or fully overwritten by another live file at this moment. It may be that after file deletion the clusters were overwritten by another file which has in turn been deleted. So the clusters look OK but the contents are rubbish. This is more likely to happen if the original file was deleted some time ago.

There's nothing you can do to recover those specific clusters. You could run a deep scan to see if you can find any other copies. It is possible, even if the odds are low.
