The keys do not change yearly - the subscription renews for the same key.
Have you actually renewed/repaid your subscription?
If your key is showing as ‘Expired’ then it appears not to have been renewed.
Exactly when did you purchase your licence subscription, was it Feb/March 2024?
Just to check though - it is saying your licence key is ‘Expired’ or does it say’Invalid’?
In CCleaner>Options>Licence Key what does it say for ‘Product Status’ and what date does it show for ‘Expiry Date’
