How to export (and copy) list of cookies to keep?

I would like to export the current list of cookies to keep.

The backup should be

a) restored at a later time (e.g. after crash+reinstall of the WinOS) on the same machine

or

B) copied to another computer (e.g. ym notebook) and imported on CCleaner installation there

How can I achieve this?

Just save your settings to an ini file (its an option in advanced) and copy CCleaner.ini to the new computer :)
