Hello all!
I have a question, I recently started a new job and had to turn in my work laptop from my old company. I had purchased CCleaner using my old companies work email address. I no longer have access to that email address to reset my CCLeaner account. I am trying to install CCleaner on my brand new laptop.
I sent support a email about this but no response. What can I do?
Support may take several days to reply. When did you email/contact them?

They should’ve replied by now imo.
if the license applies to a PC (rather than a user), then I don't think you are entitled to reuse it on another.
as to your old work email, can't you log into your Member area and in Account Settings, update your Email Address?
It's strange because I only have two email addresses. One for work and one for personal. I have tried both email addresses and I get the following error:
Sorry, we can't find a license associated with that email address. Please make sure this is the email address you used when you made your purchase, and that you entered it correctly.
