How to deactivate Autocleaning in the Background and Autostart on Win10?

how to stop autostart on CCleaner and how to stop automatic cleaning in the background? Since CCleaner V. 7 my Battlefield 6 is lagging constantly

The Tips on google are not working. Under my Settings is no option to deactivate this like google said.
