Ok, let’s have a try.

I bought licenses for CCleaner Professional Plus (5 devices). The expiration date is November 2025 (so it is an active license). As far as I understand, this should include the installation on android devices.
I do have the License key. (but i had them send it to me by e-mail again - just to be sure)
I succesfully installed and activated it on a PC (windows 11). No problem there.
I tried then to install it on two different Android devices: Samsung S23 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 (All of them up-to-date as of 26.12.2024). (–> and activating it by using the activation key). I made sure there is no copying or typing mistake.
I get the message that says “Die Aktivierung ist leider fehlgeschlagen” (This translates to: unfortunately, activaion failed). No reason or error-message given.

What Android versions are your phone/tablet using?
(Samsung can be slow to update Android).
What One UI version?

The reason I ask is that there seems to be a difference on some Android phones and possibly different Android or One UI versions.
Here’s a quite long earlier thread about it:

S23 Ultra: UI-Version 6.1; Android 14
Galaxy Tab S9: UI-Version 6.1.1; Android 14

These seem fairly new versions to me - i don’t expect issues from this side.

Well Android 15 has been out for a few months now, but my Samsung hasn’t updated yet and like yours is Android 14 and UI 6.1.

Be aware that support have been taking a very long time, sometimes a week sometimes more, for other than the initial automated email reply to get back to you.
