How to contact customer support to request a refund and cancel my subscription?

I have been trying for over an hour to cancel my subscription and request a refund. There is absolutely no contact information I can find. I tried to do everything through the app, but it keeps saying my information is not correct. Could you please direct me to customer support so I can get this taken care of?
