How to contact CCleaner for licence Key/possible bug for CCleaner Windows?

I paid for CCLeaner on the 24th of Septmeber via my Curve card and I recall the order was completed via an app called Link. However, I’ve been using the Insider version of Windows11 and I have 2 laptops but the same account. my major laptop had a major reboot(multiple tbh) with the Insisder programme and when I tried to use the paid version of CCleaner, I reallised I couldn’t find any verification of payment. If i didn’t see the charge on my curve card, i most certainly would have thought I assumed I paid when I didn’t. I contacted curve who asked me to contact Link who asked me to contact Stripe.all of which I’ve done with all stating they are unable to confirm the payment on their end but there is a charge of £14.28 or thereabouts on my card and when I try to print an invoice, it bounces, another weird thing. I actually felt I’d been scammed but I’m sure the app worked and did quite a bit of cleaning till the reboot…

I don’t know how to contact CCleaner directly and tbh, if I get in touch, it would be to either confirm payment and request a refund as it’s quite frustrating and I’d decided on CCleaner over another app because I’ve been using them for many months on my android phone, though free, without issue.

Can anyone help or how can i contact CCleaner directly? any help will be appreciated

You can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community
You can also contact CCleaner support by emailing: support@ccleaner.com

You should be aware that support are taking a very long time to reply at the moment, Particularly if your CCleaner isn’t registered with them yet so it’s not showing that you have actually paid for support…

I’m afraid that you will just have to be patient and wait for support to reply - But I can give you a tip:

Once you have sent a request then don’t send further emails/requests until you get a reply from a support agent.
If you do then that will just slow things down even more.
While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue again as one new request.
