How to close a subscription I did not order nor plan to order

Does anyone know how to cancel a subscription and get a refund that I did not order and I do not want. I have been searching for over an hour and can not find a phone number, a online chat, or an email to use to contact them.

I found this page: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/article/who-can-i-contact-for-support?language=fr

Also check your email if they sent you an email from Cleverbridge that confirms your subscription. If they did, in that email you should be able to manage your subscription from there.

Hi @fixitnow,
Please contact our support team via the Contact Us page on our Help Centre using the same email address you used to make your purchase. Once you have clicked Submit, please click the Start Chat button to give details to an agent so we can investigate this further.

Thank you, this thread was helpful to me. Also this is the company that CC is working with:

Did you know that they think they’re clever ; giving the end user the run around so that they give up out of frustration and increase retention for their business partners?

My email can’t be found, the subscription service can’t be queried, and I can’t cancel the subscription. Is there any way to help solve this?

You need to use the same email address that you used when purchasing a CCleaner subscription.

If you no longer have access to that registered email then you will need to contact support to get it changed to a current email address that you are able to access.

All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form. (Seems strange to me, but that is what we have been told).
