I've never have such a problem from any other site to find where I could change my e-mailadress to got the update information from CCleaner Staff and change my subscription. I't would lay in the interest of the company to do as smart solution as possibly for private abonnents.
Lief's problem is also my problem: how do you change your email address? Such a simple tasks, one which CCleaner makes out to be an important point, yet nowhere is there a simple route to let a subscriber do it. So I establish an account using my current email address, but how do I communicate with Customer Service to make sure they understand that this current address is to be substituted for my old address? For example, nowhere have you asked for my subscription number. Come on, folks, let's make this simple!
It's a security measure.
You don't want just anyone being able to change a subscription/licence email address online.
(That makes it easier for someone to 'hijack' your account).
Send an email to support@ccleaner.com giving both your registered old email and what you want it changing to.
They may/will ask you a few questions to verify that you are indeed the owner and will then change it for you.

Are you saying that you bought a new licence using a new email addy?
If so then that will be valid for the term of the new licence, and any old licence can just be left to expire.
If there is time remaining on the old licence and you want that added to the new one then again send an email to support with details of both and ask them for a 'Licence Merge', - they do them all the time.
