How NOT to clean recently used programs from Vista start menu?

Dear all,

Whenever I use CCleaner it deletes the list of my most recently used programs from my start menu! How can I stop this happening? I've tried reading the documentation and playing with the options but I never seem to get it right!

(Plus, whenever it happens I have to wait until the shortcuts show up again before I can run Ccleaner to see if what I changed fixed it! :rolleyes: )

I am not entirely sure, but as the MRU in Windows uses the UAL (User Assist Library), then I guess that unticking the User Assist History box in thw Advanced sextion in the Windows section of Cleaner should do what you are looking for.
