How much "Junk" should there be?

I seem to clean a lot more junk from my PC now than I used to. A quick example:

A few minutes ago i ran a CCleaner "Cleaner" after closing all browsers etc. It ran and deleted a lot of junk.

Five minutes later after visiting one website and rerunning Cleaner there is another 47.1MB of junk removed. THis is at the lower end of what I sometimes findf. Is this more than would normally be expected and why?

There have been reports that some users are seeing vastly inflated file sizes for the junk to be cleaned, often more than the size of the Hard Disk.

Getting 47.1 MB from a single website isn't really alarming to me. That much could be attributed to video's being embedded into a website, or some other bloat. Some even show video ad's.
