asking how long does it usually take to receive an answer from ccleaner been waiting for like 32 hours and havent received a response, want to refund because forgot to cancel my subscription on the free trial
I generally advise that if you used the support form giving the email that you registered when purchasing, or sent an email to support from that registered email address, then it can be up to a week to get a response from a real person.
(If you used the support form then you should have got got a ticket number onscreen and an automated acknowledgement by return email).
If you used any other other address than the one registered to your account then it will be longer than that (maybe much longer) because the support queuing system works on email addresses, and if the address you use when making your request is not registered as being somone who has paid for support then that request will be a lower priority.
