How long before CCleaner Updates License Details within the Program?

Hi All

So I've been using CCleaner for years now and have always been happy with it, up until recently, When all the annoying pop up's started appearing asking me to renew 6 months early.

Anyway, ignoring the pop up's, My Current version of the Pro Edition was / is due to expire on the 13th November 2021.

Yesterday, The 5th October I had an email from Cleverbridge to say that next years Subscription fee had been taken from my account (Over A Month Early) and gave the details of the license key that I'm currently using, Little annoyed that it was Just taken early, but willing to let that slip.

Problem I now have, is that it hasn't updated the information within CCleaner License Information, It's still saying it expires on the 13th November 2021.




So does it take some time for this to update, ie on the 13th Nov, will it automatically change to reflect that it will expire in Nov 2022 ??




The Transaction was Via Paypal, So if they have any Idea's about trying to take another £37.95 they'll be out of luck as I'm going to cancel the automatic payments.

If you renew early then the time remaining on the existing subscription is automatically added to the new one, but it can take a while for the updated information to show in CCleaner itself, and in the user subscription/licence manager. (It's usually fairly quick though, hours not days).

Although in light of the early renewal I would follow Nergal's advice and contact support who can see all your licence and subscription details.

This is an open user forum and so for security we can't see or deal with details of licences here.

Still hasn't updated within the Program License Information, So that's several days now, Time to try and get some answers.
