Support are slow to reply theses days, it can take a week or more to get a reply from an actual support person.
However you should note that sending multiple requests will not help - in fact it will slow a response down.
Each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.
So reckon on at least a week from the last one that you sent.
That’s just the way that the automated queuing system works.
I’m afraid that it’s a case of being paitient and waiting for them to get to you.
