Where it says "Select the cookies you want to keep (this includes cookies from all internet browsers and flash plugins)" under CCleaner, there's a giant list of websites that I visit at least once a week. There's at least 100 websites listed here. The problem is that this list says "Cookies to delete" but you can't actually delete them which is puzzling to me. When you right click each website name it simply says "Keep" or "Intelligent Scan". I'm using CCleaner Version 4.01.4093 (64-bit) and Internet Explorer 11/Windows 7 if this information matters. Where's the delete button so these website cookies can be deleted for my protection?
You run CCleaner program and they should get deleted then.
Have you used CCleaner to analyse and clean yet?
*facepalm*
I'm such a dingbat sometimes. I didn't even see the Run Cleaner button and assumed it was supposed to delete automatically. That's what I get for assuming and never actually checking.
Well then, thanks for the reply and uh... I feel really silly and embarrassed. At least nobody can see my blushful face, lol. Anyway it worked, cookies deleted, so thanks!
Glad to hear you are sorted now.
Don't worry about missing the obvious, we all do that in real life as well
