How do I turn off automatic extension?

I have purchased ccleaner. I don't like automatic extension. How do I turn this off?

If you are referring to the subscription renewal, you can:

  • Click on a link in the order confirmation email that you received from Cleverbridge to cancel the recurring subscription billing;
  • Same thing, but from the My Account section inside the CCleaner console;
  • Wait until you get the pre-billing reminder from Cleverbridge next year and cancel your renewal from the link in that; or
  • Contact customer support at any time and they can also do it for you.
