How do I remove a registry value?

After doing a registry clean I had some items remaining and an instruction from CCleaner to remove the registry value(s) to solve this matter. [see attached screen clip] Unfortunately, I do not know how to accomplish this and, as I should be, am fearful of doing damage by deleting anything in the registry when I don't know what I'm doing.

Could someone give me step by step instructions on how to accomplish the removal of the posted registry values?

Thanks !!

Welcome to the forums, and first I would like to say is that we can read the normal size font just perfectly!

Read this Guide to Registry Cleaning.

You almost answered your own question - if you don't know what you're doing, leave well alone. Personally I think those entries in your screenshot are harmless and can be deleted BUT you won't do any harm to you computer by ignoring them so if you're scared of doing anything just leave them, and the reg cleaner, alone :)
