hi so basically on my pc i needed more space so i deleted somw things and now its made my game (fortnite) really laggy/ chopppy. thisd was a couple months ago as i was heartbroken so i just left it please help. also ignore the topic idk what that is

It may not be anything that you have done.
Fortnite is well known for sometines being laggy - Fortnite updates, graphics driver updates, Windows settings, broadband issues, etc., etc. can all cause problems.
I'd make sure that you are up to date with all the latest Fortnite updates and patches.

How much free space do you have on your machine now?
Are you using Windows 10?
How did you delete things to try and increase your space?
If it's a hard disk drive defragment it using the built-in Windows defrag tool.
