How do I cancel? The Help articles are nonsense!

Loyal user for over 15 years–HATE the fact that I can’t turn it off…HATE that it takes up so much space on MY computer….HATE that your support “team” is AI–a team requires HUMANS! Go drown your AI in water and may you never see a dime from me again….HATE the fact that I renewed last year for 2 years. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
