How do I stop CCleaner from renewing automatically?
I have gone into the Manage Subscription page and entered my email and my licence key but it says that there is no record of me despite the subscription page showing I;m on automatic renewal.
I realise that they have sacked most of their support staff so I intend to keep a record of each time I have tried. without success to do this so that when CC takes the renewal payment I can reclaim it back again.
I hope that’s not necessary, I don’t want to cancel the product just the automatic renewal!!!

The details needed on the CCleaner subscription management portal are your email address and Cleverbridge purchase ID, not the licence key. https://www.ccleaner.com/subscription-management
You can find this at the top of your purchase confirmation email.

To the person who added the link. Please read what I have written. I have accessed the page you have linked to I have downloaded, copied and pasted my licence key into it and it gives me a message stating that they can’t find my details. However a screen shot of this page will be very useful when I reclaim my money back for an automatic renewal that I don’t want.I’m sure CCleaner won’t mind the costs involved it sorting their mess out as they will be paying for it.
