How did i get a virus?

I cancelled PC Cleaner who was about to take a payment from paypal.

I didnt authorize this automatic renewal. CCleaner is who I

send pmt to on occasion. This cancellation was last week and guess

what? Just as I expected I am slowed down access anything and

'program is not responding' runs along bottom of any window that

finally does open . Either PC Cleaner was doing a job well or they themselves

are fully capable of instituting these slow downs.Neither CCleaner nor Microsoft

are able to fix this.
