How can I modify the startup list for a User (under Vista)

Hello,

I want to Disable some programs at startup for a User.

It works perfectly when logged as Administrator.

When logged as a User, I dont have the rights to change the file.

If I run CCleaner as Admin, I get the Admin startup file.

Thanks for any help.

As administrator you should be able to give the User profile admin privileges.

Logged in as User you should be able to change the file.

You can then revoke the User's Admin rights for safety,

and the file should retain the change.
