I have CCleaner Professional (2 different subscriptions) 1 renewed 12/14 and 1 purchased 12/23 yet it tells me that license is expired. I am not tech savvy and bought a second one thinking this would fix the issue, but it’s not working either.
All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
it should also open a ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you will not get a reply.
