Interesting. Actually the old NT BSOD was more of something to look at. I had a boss that used to have a NT BSOD screen saver. It would look like the machine is crashing and then it reboots. Pretty funny!

they don't. when an important process is ended, Windows asks you to restart your comp so that it can be restarted again. that messagebox can be disabled so that a BSOD displays
