What the option Hotfix Uninstallers (Advanced) delete??? Is anything important???
I never will need uninstall a hotfix, so I can check this enabled?
Basically monthly Windows updates, which do nothing but consume disk space if you're never going to uninstall a hotfix.
You need to run the CCleaner Registry Cleaner afterwards so that it can remove the uninstall reference from Add or Remove Programs.
