OK I HAVE RAN THE CLEANER AND I AM ABLE TO SEE ALL OF THE CORRUPTED FILES BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW
TO DELETE THEM IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE THAT CAN GIVE ADVISE TO A POOR COMP.. ILLITERATE SOUL

You'll have to be a bit more specific. Are you talking about the "Temp Cleaning" feature of CCleaner, or do you mean the "Registry Issues" feature?
Which Operating System are you on (XP, Vista, Windows 7?) and which browser do you use with the version number which can be found usually from the browser "Help\About" menu?
