Help with wipe free space please

Right now I'm running the Wipe Free Space app in CC. I'm using windows vista basic. Ive reached 100% of my free space according to the box on CC, but the green bar reads only 90%.

Also, When I check the properties of my C: drive, I should only have 110 gb of free space. The size of the temp wipe file is now at 120+ GB, but the size on disc is only 4kb.

Is this normal? The program has been running for almost 2 and 1/2 hours.

I have the same problem running XP Professional SP3. The bar stops at 98% although it shows wipe free space 100% in the underneath window. And this for over 15 minutes, then I canceled.
