I currently have crap cleaner version 2.13.720. We tried to down load the 2.25.1025 version last night, with no success. Well let me correct that, we did the down load but when i checked to see what version we had to see if it updated it to the newest version, it was still saying we had 2.13.720.
Now, i am NOT computer intelligent, but i can get around and do know somethings, but with regards to being and IT person, forget it!!
can anyone help me? i need step by step instructions.
