Help Recovering 'No Preview Available' Files

After no success with the free version of Revuca, I purchased the Professional version as suggested. Turns out, they give the same results! I would not suggest buying despite their promises.

Anyways, I need help recovering my photos that say "No Preview Available". I tried the different types of scanning, and downloading different viewers such as IrfanView but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone had success in recovering this type of photo? Any other suggestions?

Who suggested buying the pro version? There is no difference between the recovery capabilities of either, as you have found out.

No Preview Available usually means that the content of the file is not in any recognisable picture format, in other words it has been overwritten by another file at some time. An overwritten file is not openable by any software.
