That would be a winapp2.ini entry so better to ask in that topic since winapp2.ini entries are not officially from Piriform and are thus completely unsupported.
That one Opera entry looks like an entry from the user/member created winapp2.ini file, put together by guys on here, although my entries have the asterisk after the name.
It looks like CCleaner isn't picking up Opera at all.
Do you have Opera installed in a non default location?
