Im new here, please help me. I downloaded recuva to recover some raw pictures from my sd card. I erased some of them by mistake and it actually recovered more than a thousand raw and some videos that i needed but for some reason i cant open them. Photoshop says its not the right kind of document and bridge doesnt show a preview, only for 3 o 4 pictures. What should i do? Does anybody know a program that can recover raw so that i can open them?!!!!
You don't mention the model of your camera, but the files may be the manufacturers proprietary "RAW" file type.

Bear in mind that although your files have recovered, they may not have recovered completely intact. When you talk about thousands of files, I'm guessing there may be some fragmentation involved, which makes recovery difficult.
