Help - Invoiced incorrectly

I received an offer email from you “Your CCleaner license expires soon. Renew now and save up to 30%” but then you invoiced the FULL amount. How do I get the invoice and charge corrected? Your chat function has not worked for 2 days so I am reaching out via this forum.

I responded to your DM. The error is “Failed to initialize chat: URI malformed”

I am afraid I didn’t get a follow up to my previous DM please could you resend it?
