i tried to recover images from my sd card via recuva. the program tells me that there are over 4000 files and most of them in excellent shape. the problem is i cant open them. i saved the files on may computer but there is no way to get them open.anybody knows what to do??
Hi winifred, and welcome to the forum.
Recovering files of any kind isn't an exact science sadly, and there could be a number of reasons for the problem you're experiencing.
Have a read of this post on another forum re the failure to open recovered photographs. It also suggests trying other programs, in particular "IrfanView", which may have success in opening files where Windows fails.
