If you run the program it will raise the processor temperature

what are your temperatures?
are you finding them unusually high?
22-24 is amazing and 35 is great as well.
any running process, crunching numbers, will put the CPU under load and therefore raise the heat eventually.
remove the load, the heat reduces.
so while 35 is nothing to worry about, the increase can be pinpointed at Speccy and its continually polling of the WMI service to get the details it has to display.
There is no running process except that the Speccy is the one that raises the heat
