Health Tab; proper interpretation?

I am on Windows Vista and like Defraggler. I've looked all over the site (help dos and forum) to learn about the information on the Health tab. Found nothing. have a few numbers that look bad:

187 Reported Uncorrectable Errors 281,470,681,743,430 100 98 0 0x000000000046
203 Run Out Cancel 429,547,847,588 100 100 0 0x0000030BFFA4
196 Reallocation Event Count 447,807,488 100 100 0 0x00001AB10000
I will running Boot - Defrag and ckdisk to see if the some errors get fixed.
I would like a listing of the items on Health Tab with definitions. Is that available?

If you read my reply you will find the links to Acronis Drive Monitor and the Wikipedia page with a chart explaining what the ID numbers mean. Please note: You have to scroll pretty far down the page to find the chart. The ID numbers highlighted in pink are the ones that indicate potential problems.
