Health Check hanging at 90%

Using CCleaner Pro Version 7.3.1120.0 with Current Windows 11 on Firefox Browser. Health Check will not complete. It locks at 90% for 45 min+.

Second issue CCleaner disables DELL Clent Management Service, Tech Hub and SupportAssist. I re-enable but need detailed method to go to CCleaner Tools – Startup – Services and re-enable them. Then to Options – Smart Cleaning and Options – Monitoring and then turn both OFF.

We are aware of an issue with Firefox cleaning in CCleaner.
If you perform a Custom Clean and disable cleaning on Firefox under the browsers tab are you able to complete the Custom Clean?

Lawrence, with all browsers, Chrome, Edge and Firefox unchecked, it cleaned, but unable to do Windows Log file. My question was about the “hanging” using the Health Check. It still hangs at 90%. What is the cause of this? For my second question, I can live with CCleaner disabling the DELL Support Assist, would rather have CCleaner looking for other strange things. James82

@James82 If you were able to perform a clean in Custom Clean with Firefox disabled, then this is due to an issue with Firefox cleaning that our development team is currently investigating. We should have a fix for this available soon, however, it will not be in time for the v7.4 update that will be released soon.
Until the fix is available, I would advise you to use Custom Clean to perform your system cleaning and disable Firefox cleaning.
For the Dell Client Management services issue you are experiencing, if you enable this in Startup Manager, does this resolve the issue for you?
