Have to install on new notebook but login doesn´t accept my name

Hi,

I am new here but I used CCleaner Professiional for several month now with licence.

My problem now is that I have to install CCleaner on a new laptop. I know my licence number but the system doesn´t want to accept my (User)name.

I also have the problem that I cannot look into my old email account because it doesn´t excist any longer.

How can I find out the correct (user)name now? My licence is valid until November 2022.
