CC show a higher number than realy present ? This : --- \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies - is empty. When analysing, CC find a number, say 10. When adressing the administering site for cookies, there are only a few listed, or non attal. How can it be ? - - I run IE-10 strict : Privacy/Advanced, tic Override automatic----- Block/Block and Always allow session cookies. Then I make eceptions for those needed in Privacy Sites.
Isn't IE10 still under development..?
Which Windows & CCleaner version? Could you take a screenshot of your problem (CCleaner and it's selections)?
Edit. Probably Win8 Release Preview and IE10 Release Preview?
Your Edit fit's. Not shure what to take screenshot of - must be several to illustrate the problem, but it is like explained. - I did put in the "old" HD With W7 and this issues are not present there - so I Guess I have to wait for the proper release. Thanks for Your input !
flash cookies, also I'm sure large parts of win 8 may still use ie as background and maybe setting cookies that way depending on your live tiles (just a guess I haven't leaped into win 8 yet)
