The program has been hacked. I have desinstalled it. What to do now? How can I know when the program is cleared and could be reinstalled?

CCleaner was hacked 9 years ago.
There is nothing wrong with it now.
Perhaps share some details on why you think your present version of it has been hacked.
Did you get it from CCleaner website?

Blocked by PANDA . I am subscribed to Pririform and downloaded the last version from your website. If I can contact someone in private I can send the inform from the antivirus PANDA.
3 PC have been infected
Most likely a false positive from PANDA AV.
It wasn’t. The CCCleaner icon when clicked with the right button of mouse, appeared the name of the program with keyboard signs added to it…. it was really hacked. My Panda has dissapeared and I had to reinstall.
I would contact Panda and report a false positive. No one else has reported this.

“CCCleaner” was simply a typo mistake.

I bought the program last March 2026, and installed it from the link given into the mail.
Two days ago I was noticed by my antivirus PANDA that have blocked a CCleaner file .exe.
The subscription includes 3 Pc´s. One of them is absolutely independent of the other two.
Well, all them seem to be infected…
The antivirus agent disappeared from the pc and needed to reinstall it from the web of Panda, previously I uninstalled the program CCleaner.
Today, I have tried to install again it… and the application does not work properly, and again the icon appears CCleaner‿¡

As already said, it’s most likely to be a False Positive by PANDA.
However for your own peace of mind I’d suggest that you get a malware removal expert to check over your machine.

Other fora, such as BleepingComputer forum, have a similar service, but you should only only use one at once or their instructions could interfere with each other.
