Google Chrome and Brave cookies and Internet Explorer Temp Files Not Cleaned

Thanks in advance for your help and insights.

For the first time, CCleaner is suddenly not cleaning out "Google Chrome and Brave cookies" and "Internet Explorer Temp Files"

I've tried restarting. Cleaning cache. Running CCleaner 5+ times. always running it with all other programs closed down.

Dell Latitude E5440 laptop, 64 bit, Windows 10, CCleaner v6.22.10977 (64 bit)

Browsers change all the time, and so the cleaning of them changes to keep up.

Yes, there are now some 'cookies' and other files that appear all the time when they didn't do before.

They are being cleaned, but cleaning something doesn't always mean deleting it (you don't need throw a box away just to clean out whats inside it), or if they are deleted then they just get recreated again straight away.
