I checked the license on my ccleaner pro and its on auto renew so I tried to change it off auto renew. I tried to log in but it would not accept my email. contacted support and found they have an old email account from gmail on their records. I went to log on to G-mail and its says account is closed I went through all the hoops to recover and it says unrecoverable and closed. Anyway, I have 202 days left but it is on auto renew and I can’t change it. Support said there is nothing they can do at there level and would send it up to a higher level support and haven’t heard anything yet! So besides being absolutely screwed Is there anything I can do or contact or has anyone else had this problem before???
