This new GUI is ugly ugly ugly. Did you not even look at your new release? Did you just get the same child that did Windows10 (v8.2) to attempt the GUI.

Its incredible and amazing that a big player like MS has released the most obnoxious and ugly OS interface in the history of bad ideas - but for you to copy ?!?!?!?! It just boggles the mind. How could anyone think the new GUI is better than the old one????

Maybe as sales drop you'll realise that "new and changed" does not always mean better.

Just upgrade to 5.01, I about puked when I saw it. It could not look worse if you guys tried for the worse look possible.

please give us a GUI option for the old look back. I run Win7, I hate anything that looks like Win8.

I'm downgrading until this is fixed.

Just installed the latest version on a backup hard drive I was setting up for emergency use. I agree the new look is not as nice as the old one, but the worst part is the box is frakking HUGE!

Please make the box more shrinkable like the old one was. I do not like having CCleaner taking up half my screen for no reason. Until then, I'll just stick with the old v4.12.xxxx that I'm perfectly happy with.

Will we ever get a comment from the creators? What good is a feedback forum if they never acknowledge the user even exsists?

It's not a feedback forum, It's a users forum. the developers only ever ask for more information on bugs or to place announcement

And in this case one official simple Yes or No about the multiple GUI complaints topics could've allowed everyone to put this to rest, and know what's going or not going to happen - just sayin'.

They do seem to be missing a golden opportunity to connect with their users.

Same as their Facebook page, no input from the company except to make announcements.

It was a moderation decision to close your rude topic (rude title that is) which contained sentiments which have already been expressed by others so no re-hash with a new topic is needed nor should it be tolerated anymore!

it wasn't just the title @bobbobby but also the repetitive content in a new thread when other threads already existed.

plus, instead of dragging this thread down, use Personal Messenger to argue your point with the Moderators.

(I suspect it was the @GWT post of http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=42783&p=258432 that provided the tipping point however - swearing is certainly never tolerated, and I'm surprised the forum filters have not flagged it yet)

I'm going to go with ALWAYS. What world do you live in where it is a kind word, or more so where the word isn't even offensive and (honestly) disgusting to use in civilized conversation.

If people wish to vent about the new GUI design this is your sole topic to do it in. If any new topics are opened about it I'll close them and point people to this sole remaining open topic about it.

This is weird, rather corporatish and nerdish who ever is the owners of CCleaner.

This change in the GUI happened around the time most people around the world goes on vacation, so there won't be any reply from the real admin. They have not returned from their yaughts, or are lost at sea somewhere, or kidnapped by sea pirates.

I reckon it ain't going back to the way the old GUI was, Win 10 is just around the corner, so why should they care what we say ?

There will always be new users of CC and they would never have known the difference and complaints will eventually dwindle.

Who said flat is the only problem though? The massive window, eye bleeding blue and white with that massive white titlebar which, if you are on win 7 like me, looks putrid are fair reasons no? I don't mind the flat at all

But I really can't understand why they just wouldn't make it's appearance native to your system's theme. This skin has a very unpolished look to it and is quite literally hard on the eyes

Oh well, it could be worse. It's not as bad as the new Opera, so for that I'm grateful
