cleaner has been frozen since i started run cleaner after anylyzer
can anyone help with this?

At which part does it freeze?
What Operation System and CCleaner version are you running?
according to piriform site the most recent, 3.02.1343
after I analyze and get results I hit the run cleaner and it seems to hang there
i let it run for about an hour and no progress showed on the progress bar
windows vista home edition
During the cleaning segment does the progress bar indicator move at all above zero?
Do you have Windows > System > ☑ Recycle Bin ticked?
Do you have Windows > Advanced > ☑ Wipe Free Space ticked?
Are you using Options > Settings > Secure File Deletion? If so, how many passes?
closed and reopened and it seems to be working fine now
