I'm going to replace the 250GB SSD with a 500GB drive. I want to do a fresh install of Win 7 64 and all programs to get rid of minor but irritating bugs. Can I download the Pro versions of Ccleaner & Recuva setup files so that I have them on a USB drive and ready to install?

You can just download the free installers and type your registration into them, that will get you back on your feet quick enough.
