they were offering a 60 day free trial if you sign up, i signed up and accidentally put 1 too many letters in my email address now i cant view my account or manage my subscription or anything to change anything, cancel it after the trial etc… tried emailing multiple times a week and no response there either. just want to get the correct email on there.
These things take time.
Don’t expect instant replies to emails from support, particularly as the (correct) email that you are using will not be registered as paying for support.
I’ve bumped this for the staff to see, but they probably won’t be in until Monday.

We know that the response time from Support can be abysmally slow, and that’s for registered users who have paid for support.
If the email you are using isn’t registered then you are a non-paying user so are always going to be at the back of the queue, and leapfrogged by paid-up registered users.
One thing that we have learned is to not bombard the support system with emails.
The way the system works is that until your request gets to an actual person then if/when you send a second or subsequent email it get’s appended as extra information to the first one.
And it’s then a new request and so right at the back of the queue again.
It’s annoying, and there are myriads of complaints on this forum alone about slow support.
The worst of it is that the regular members here can remember that it’s only a couple of years ago that you could expect your email to support to get a reply from a person often the same day, and usually the next day. (even non-paying users could usually get a reply within the week).
The support system response time has gone drastically downhill and nobody at Piriform, or ultimately Gen Digital, seems to be tasked with or bothered about fixing it.
